Rock N’ Roll Law offers a range of legal services to meet the varying needs of artists and entertainment industry professionals.
Our founder, Jim Jesse, provides legal representation, consulting, arbitration and mediation services on matters such as entertainment law, contract law, copyright law, and copyright litigation.
Our firm represents both musicians and content providers. For creators, Rock n Roll Law helps with copyright registration, protection against copyright infringement, and royalty disbursements. In addition, we advise creators on issues related to publishing deals and record deals.
For corporations and other organizations that want to use another artist's copyrighted work, Rock n Roll Law can advise on legally securing usage of intellectual property and copyright compliance.
In most cases, Rock n Roll Law is able to represent clients nationwide, as many matters related to entertainment law and copyrights are subject to federal law. Rock n Roll can facilitate local counsel if needed.
Jim is also a trained mediator and can facilitate mutual acceptable resolutions to entertainment and intellectual property disputes. Parties can also use Rock n Roll Law to arbitrate such disputes as well.
